Project Engagement & Payments
WERBYX operates on a project-based or retainer model.
Payment terms (advance, milestone, or full payment) are defined in the approved proposal. Work will commence only after agreed initial payment is received.
All payments are to be made via approved banking or digital transfer methods as communicated in the invoice.
Revisions & Approvals
Revision limits, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Timely client feedback is required to ensure project timelines are maintained.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.
WERBYX retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless confidentiality is formally requested.
Confidentiality
WERBYX respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared for project purposes will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
WERBYX shall not be held liable for:

Performance outcomes beyond agreed deliverables
Advertising performance may vary depending on external factors such as market conditions and platform algorithms.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment for completed work and work in progress up to termination date remains payable.
